Magnolia Village is a 62-acre mixed-use commercial parcel being developed on North Road (US Highway 178) in Orangeburg, South Carolina. It is adjacent to the City of Orangeburg’s brand-new $20+ million baseball and softball recreational facility and a Walmart Supercenter. The City’s recreational complex is enjoyed by local citizens during the week and hosts state, regional and national baseball and softball tournaments on the weekends.
The new state-of-the-art Veterans Affairs Outpatient Clinic in Magnolia Village is now open at 151 Magnolia Village Parkway and serving area veterans. Two more anchor parcels (2.31 and 4.47 acres) are planned, along with seven outparcels ranging in size from 0.92 to 1.61 acres. Magnolia Village Parkway bisects the development and extends through the City’s recreation complex area.
